If you are up for a trail RIKE (run/hike) let me know. I will be starting from Indian Valley Elementary at 9am and doing an easy 8 to 10 miles. I’ll jog the flats and down hills and walk/easy jog the uphills. I’ll decide tomorrow what route I’ll take.
